Who is responsible?

The legal operator will be responsible for website representations, official competition administration, payments, verification, complaints, refunds and prize delivery. A third-party service may host or process part of the experience, but outsourcing does not remove the operator’s obligations.

The external play link currently uses a Netlify-hosted address. Before a paid launch, the same operator and legal documents must be clearly identified in the game and at checkout.

Required publication before paid launch

full registered entity name and any registered trading name;
ABN and ACN where applicable;
physical business or registered address appropriate for formal notices;
working support and privacy contact details;
the entity shown on payment receipts and prize correspondence;
an up-to-date Competition Schedule and eligible-jurisdictions list.

These details must be consistent across the website, game, app-store listing, checkout, receipts and winner communications.
