General legal and competition information remains available through the links below. A working support channel and its privacy notice must be published before paid official entry opens.

Prepare a future report

If you encounter a problem in a public prototype, keep a private note of the following until an authorised support channel is published:

  • the exact date and approximate time of the issue;
  • the device, browser or app version and any error shown;
  • the relevant lane, stage or non-sensitive reference;
  • screenshots that do not expose passwords, payment details or identity documents.

Do not post account credentials, full card numbers, government identifiers or unnecessary personal information publicly.

Before support opens

PrizeRun must complete and test the following before presenting support as operational:

  1. verify and publish the legal operator, ABN/ACN where applicable and a working contact point;
  2. configure authorised case access, notifications, spam controls and a tested confirmation path;
  3. publish a collection notice describing what is collected, why, usual disclosures, retention and available choices;
  4. set incident, privacy, accessibility, refund and complaint-escalation procedures;
  5. publish realistic acknowledgement targets and preserve relevant competition records once notified.

Independent information

This page is not an emergency or time-critical reporting channel. For general consumer or privacy information, you can visit NSW Fair Trading, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission or the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

These bodies do not operate PrizeRun and are not substitutes for the formal support and complaint channel that must be published before launch.
